We do not offer refunds of exchanges on any products; all sales are final. Daisy Kay Crystals ensures products being shipped are inspected for any damage prior to shipment, and are packed with care. Once an item ships, its safe handling is outside of our control; Daisy Kay Crystals, Coffee, & Gifts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please be sure of your purchase, prior to submitting payment. Please note (especially with crystals) small imperfections are to be expected, as these are natural products. If upon receiving your shipment you notice your items have been broken, please email us at daisykaycrystals@gmail.com within in 24 hours of receiving with a photo of the broken item, and we will assist you to the best of our ability, we care about your satisfaction. We strongly encourage shipping PRIORITY with insurance to ensure you are properly compensated for any damage which occurs during shipment.

Shipment processing time
Please note we are a small family run business- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Please note shipping rates are subject to change. In the event of a change to shipping rate, contact will be made, and order verified, prior to processing.
Damages
www.daisykaycrystals.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
